Transou's was amazing from start to finish! Megan was awesome on the phone getting me set up for an appointment and educating me. Josh and Andrew gave me a 1 hour heads up that they were on the way and they arrived on time. They were very friendly and hard working and they educated me on why I needed a riser. Adding the riser and getting on the yearly pumping plan is going to save me a lot of money in the long run and keep my septic system strong and healthy for a long time. Thank you Transou's!
Andrew and Lee came out and were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Our tanks had been in for 6 years and was in the verge of overflowing. Close call. They educated me on how to best keep it in working condition. Will definitely use again for servicing.
Great work all around!! First was the office very friendly and got scheduled the next day. Then service tech called 30 min away and was on time. Next was the work Josh and Andrew done. Very professional and strong work. Inspected tank and suggested repairs with out being pushy. All around great work and got a repeat customer!!
The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. A few concerns were that on a second call for service (albeit on the weekend), the serviceman misdiagnosed the issue, which cost me far more than what was necessary because I had to call a different vendor because the Transou septic service does not operate on the weekend. Unfortunately, the issue was still not resolved until another call was made within the same day, but I was charged again for the base service fee. I believe some of this could have been avoided if they would offer emergency septic service on the weekend and/or cross train their service persons. Would I consider them again? Absolutely! Great customer service wins!
